So I just got an email.....
I just received an email from my teacher in Australia. He seems really cool, but now I am all sorts of extra nervous. He teaches all year 12 math, which means more difficult stuff. One of his classes is primarily Chinese students and they are all higher level!!!! AHHHHHH It is going to be so hard. I don't even think I know enough math to be able to teach that stuff. He has three daughters. One teaches Japanese. One is a pharmacist, and the last is getting her doctorate. So basically he has a genius family. Now I am more nervous than ever and I totally wish that I had just student taught with Ms. Machuca in Rochester. I already know how awesome she is and I know I would have had a great time. Less than 2 weeks now. I wonder if I should start packing?

Anna- you are going to rock there. Don't you get nervous! It will be a great experience for you. After this, you can say you've worked with both high risk students and gifted students. That means you are amazing. You will learn everything. Just don't be afraid to ask for help! I love you!
